At Alles Kidz Kinderopvang, we do our best every day to provide a positive childcare experience. Still, it’s possible that you’re not completely satisfied. Let us know! We’re always open to your opinion, idea, or complaint.
First, discuss the matter with the staff member involved. Can’t work it out together? Then you can file a formal complaint. This must be done in writing, and you can email your complaint to:

Our complaints officer will make sure your complaint is handled with care and that you receive a response.
