Indeed, from 1 January 2019, toddlers will be allowed to attend the toddler playgroup from the age of 2 years, previously this was 2.5 years. The name ‘toddler playgroup’ will no longer be used, but will become ‘toddler facility’. Alles Kidz Kinderopvang is one of the few childcare organisations that still has a real, old-fashioned playgroup. This means that our toddlers really have their own group.
All parents in Tilburg with a toddler aged 2.5 (from 1 January 2) to 4 who are not entitled to a childcare allowance are entitled to an allowance from the municipality for two half-day sessions a week. At Alles Kidz, we take care of all this. With us, you only have to pay your own contribution and we take care of the rest. This contribution depends on your income.
Why go to the toddler centre?
Even if you have chosen another form of care (such as a guest parent or grandparents), it is still advisable to have your child attend the toddler centre. After all, here they learn to play with other children and we prepare them for the start of primary school.
During school weeks, our toddler centre is open every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:45 am to 2:15 pm.
